We have lowered our rates to reflect the drop in the high fuel prices of 2008.  Rates are based on a maximum fuel price of $3.50 per gallon. 
If fuel prices rise above that amount, a fuel surcharge may be added.

A 50% deposit is required with all bookings.  Please send deposit to:

Cancellation Policy:  100% of your deposit will be refunded to you as long as you cancel at least 2 weeks before your scheduled trip.  Any less than 2 weeks cancellation results in the forfeit of 50% of your deposit.  Cancellations less than one week from your trip will forfeit your entire deposit.  Ant no-shows or failure to cancel a reservation will result in a charge to your credit card for the balance of the charter.  If the trip is cancelled by the captain due to bad weather, your entire deposit will be refunded.  It is best to stay in touch with the captain before the trip for weather details.  These terms are not negotiable.
